A recessed curtain track that hides the rail, lights the room and moves the curtain from one handset. The LED strip sits inside the track profile, the motor clips to the end, and the kit ships with glider rings, fixings and a two-channel remote.
A recessed curtain track that does three jobs in one ceiling profile: it hides the rail, it lights the room, and it moves the curtain. The track sits flush to the ceiling, an LED strip runs along its length, and a compact motor at the end handles the opening and closing from a handset that also switches the light.
A surface-mounted track is a line across the ceiling you cannot stop seeing. Recessed, the profile sits in a ceiling slot or hard against the slab, so the room reads as one clean plane with the curtain falling out of it — no bracket line, no shadow gap between rail and plaster, nothing to dust along the top.
Most “curtain lighting” is a second LED channel screwed up alongside the rail: two profiles, two shadow lines, two things for the fitter to level. Here the strip runs inside the curtain track profile itself, so the light comes from the same continuous line the curtain hangs from.
In daylight the strip is invisible and the ceiling stays plain. In the evening it washes the top of the curtain and the ceiling plane above it, which is the effect that makes a hotel room look finished — and it is the reason people specify an LED curtain track instead of buying a light and a rail separately. A recessed curtain track with the strip built in removes one profile, one set of fixings and one shadow line.
The motor is the compact end unit, not a box that hangs in the middle of the run. It drives the gliders; the same handset carries the light control, so nobody has to find a second remote to dim the room.
It ships as a set rather than a list of parts, which is the difference between a weekend job and three orders:
For a track that has to go into an existing ceiling without a slot, the hidden curtain track is the surface-mounted option. Where the brief is light only, without the recess, the smart light integrated electric curtain track covers it.

Every recessed curtain track is made to your opening span, not cut from stock. LED output, colour temperature and dimming capability are confirmed per order — we spec the light to the room rather than quoting one strip for every job, and we do not assume a rating across our track range.
Load rating and motor voltage are confirmed against your curtain weight and market before production.
Ideally a slot: formed in the plasterboard, it takes the profile so the rail sits flush with the ceiling. If the ceiling is already finished, a surface mount against the slab still gives a clean line, just with the profile visible. Send a photo of the ceiling and we will tell you which one your build can take.
Yes. The light and the drive are separate functions on the handset, so the strip can be on with the curtain closed, or off with the curtain open.
The standard kit runs on the handset. A smart module can be specified where the project needs app or voice control — tell us the platform at quotation stage and we match the module to it rather than promising compatibility after the fact.
Made to your opening span rather than a fixed stock length. Send the wall-to-wall width and the ceiling type, and we return a drawing with the motor position and the LED entry point before production.
No. The hidden curtain track is a surface-mounted profile that reads as hidden. This one is built to sit inside the ceiling and carries the LED strip as part of the same profile — the difference shows the moment the lights come on.
Tell us the opening width, the ceiling type (slot or slab), how many tracks in the room, whether you need two channels, and the finish. We come back with a drawing, the LED specification and a unit price — usually within one working day. Trade buyers, interior contractors and hotel specifiers: ask about OEM branding, custom lengths and project quantities.
